Verdict
In the end the Fujitsu is a nice laptop with good screen and some really nice add-ons and ports. Though it does feel like they could have designed the whole look of it better its functionality is brilliant.
Rating
Fujitsu Siemens S6410
The S6410 Lifebook from Siemens

This new lifebook from Fujitsu Siemens weight just 1.66kg
which is very impressive when you consider what this machine offers. The small
but more than adequate monitor of 13.3 inch LED backlight display is bright
with and very crisp just not that brilliant on the contrast.
The S6410 comes with an Intel Core 2 Duo T7300 and an as
expected 1GB of ram, 80GB hard drive and the Intel 4965AGN wireless Wifi card. These
specs are nothing to get overly excited about but it does come with a nice
feature. It contains an integrated HSPDA card which can go up to 7.2Mbps. This
means no need to be carrying around one of the Vodaphone or ThreeMobile (See
our Three wireless dongle review) wireless dongles. When it comes to ports on the Lifebook you will get a nice
collections containing headphone and mic jack. A Ethernet connection, VGA, 3
USB 2.0 ports as well as a PCMCIA and of course the SD card slot which most
laptops really should have these days.
There is a removable drive bay which you can remove to save
on weight of even add a second 6 cell battery in there to increase its life.
Always a nice bonus part from when the battery comes in at £150.
